Dr. Lange is a Dubuque, IA native. She received her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine Degree from the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed her Osteopathic Internship at Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center in Chicago and completed her residency at the Midwestern University/Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2012. Dr. Lange is board certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Dr. Lange lives with her husband, Matthew, in West Des Moines with their 3 daughters. During her spare time, she enjoys traveling, playing tennis, and cooking.
